Fun Recipe

I've been wasting time on the internet today waiting to go to my doctor's appointment and I came across this fun recipe for homemade ice cream (and you all know how much I LOVE ice cream) so I thought I'd pass it along...Looks like a fun activity for kids to make their own ice cream for those 4th of July bbqs!!!!

Easy Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

What you need:
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 gallon-size ziploc bag
1 quart-size ziploc bag
4 Tbsp rock salt
3 cups ice

Directions:Add the milk, sugar, and vanilla to the quart-sized ziploc bag, and make sure it is sealed well. Add the rock salt and ice to the gallon-sized bag, place the smaller bag inside and seal well. Shake vigorously for about 10 minutes or until mixture is hardened. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!!!
