A few times every day I ask Kyra, "Who's my favorite girl?" to which she responds, "Kywa!" Then I ask her "Who's my favorite boy?" to which she responds, "Lemur!" (that's William/Liam...poor boy, such a nickname!) Tonight, while we were at dinner she gave me a big hug and said "My favorite Mommy!"
In the car today Kyra put my "sunny glasses" on and said, "I look a little weird." I have no idea where she got that but she was right, she did look a little weird with my sunglasses on upside down!
I've decided to THINK about potty training Kyra. Basically that means I've got the potty chair out and bought some M&M's for a reward. Tonight Kyra wanted to go pee on the potty, so I took her diaper off and put her on the potty. Nothing happened. So, she got off and went into the living room and told my mom (whom she calls Mommo), "I sit your lap Mommo, I pee!" Mommo was quick to explain how it isn't nice to pee on people and then I brought the potty chair into the living room and put a diaper back on a few minutes later.
Also tonight, Mr. Liam said, "Mama" and actually meant it. Once, he was in his crib and was crying "Mama, mama!" and once I got in there and picked him up he was fine. And, when I came back from dinner and he heard my voice he started saying, "Mama, mama, mama!"
Not sure my ears are ready to have two chatterboxes in the house, but it looks like I'm about to have it!!!
